Adding to Sandbox

  • Login to OneSpan Sandbox account: https://sandbox.esignlive.com/login
  • Go to Templates
  • Create new template
  • Name it the same as the PDF name
  • Select another template under “Use Template” of the same kind (ie. if you’re creating an adult waiver, select for it to use the template of another recently created adult waiver)
  • Scroll down and under “Field Formatting,” set the font size to 18px
  • Click “Create”
  • Upload the new waiver PDF and delete the old one from the template you selected
  • Click “Next”
  • Drop “Signature” field into the tap-to-sign bar, size to cover the button on the PDF doc, set to “click-to-sign”
  • Do this again for each tap-to-sign button
  • On Minor Waivers: make sure you have the correct Parent selected as you add each tap-to-sign button. For the last button (Minor signature), make sure to set the Signature Type to “Capture signature”
  • Click “Done”
