Track Builds
Track Type
- There are a variety of Track Types built already in the Dashboards, but if you need to add a Track Type, it’s very simple
- Go to Track Type in the Dashboard menu
- Type the Track Type you want to add and Save it
Assets
- The first thing to do is duplicate the Basecamp To-Do list so you can be working through that, and to drop all of the form data and assets that you receive into the Track Message Board in Basecamp.
- In the Track Build to-do template, it contains info about resizing the assets (logo and track image), so you can do that and post them in Basecamp and Box
- If the logo is a PNG and the image is a JPG, you’ll use the ImageOptim app to shrink the files
Info / Build
- In the Dashboard, go to Tracks and click the orange plus sign in the upper right of the screen.
- Select the Track Logo and Image (the resized versions)
- Enter the track name as it will display in the app
- Be mindful of using any special characters, especially “/” as that will cause signed waivers NOT to save to Box appropriately
