Instructions for Promoters

  1. The first step for promoters is to receive the onboarding link to the respective platform(s).
  2. During the sign up, they will be asked to set up their Stripe account. They will need their business ID, routing and account number. You can verify in Stripe that this has been done.
  3. After they are onboarded, you’ll need to send them the Promoter Agreement (How To: https://internal.pitpay.com/?faqs=signup-process)
  4. Once they’ve signed the Promoter Agreement and you’ve saved it to Box, they can then fill out the setup forms so that you can gather all the information you’ll need to build their track/series and events in the app.

Here’s an example of what you’d send to a Pit Pay Promoter for onboarding:

  • Step 1 – Sign Up For An Account Through This Link: PIT PROMOTER AGREEMENT INFO
    • Have your Business ID, Account Number & Routing Number Information handy to walk through the steps of setting up your Stripe connected account as part of the sign up flow.
      • I will get you the promoter agreement over to Esign
  • Step 2 –  Download the Pit Pay App and Sign Up for an account
  • Step 3 – Submit this Form for us to set your track and events up in the App: Pit Pay Track / Series App Details
