Common Questions
- Needing help with the initial forms – ie. logo file types
- You can edit the form to allow more file types if needed
- What they’ll need to have handy to signup

- What if someone else needs access to the account?
- They can be set up as a team member by the original contact and given whatever permissions they need (full access, access to different parts of the dashboard, etc.)
- Needing to add a secondary bank account for payout for a secondary entity
- Work with Bobby on this, but the Promoter should sign out of the Dashboard, then go through the onboarding link again, using the same info (mobile number, name) during the onboarding flow and then once they go through the onboarding flow, they’ll be able to set up a new Stripe account at the end of the flow.
- Then you’ll need to make sure the promoter has access to both accounts – this can be checked once events are built on the new account, and you can view the Dashboard as the account owner and make sure he/she is seeing events for both accounts.
