{"id":167,"date":"2022-06-21T21:12:59","date_gmt":"2022-06-21T21:12:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/internal.pitpay.com\/?post_type=faqs&#038;p=167"},"modified":"2022-07-07T15:24:55","modified_gmt":"2022-07-07T15:24:55","slug":"box-folders","status":"publish","type":"faqs","link":"https:\/\/internal.pitpay.com\/?faqs=box-folders","title":{"rendered":"Box Folders"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This folder is to save all of the important documents that we receive from Partners\/Event Promoters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tracks and Series folders are most used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Tracks<\/strong><ul><li>The track folder is organized into subfolders by state<\/li><li>Each track will be inside of the state folder, but the Track Folder Template will be located on this page as well<\/li><li>To find a track, simply look in the correct state folder for where the track is located<\/li><li>To add a new track folder, duplicate the track folder template, then move it inside of the appropriate state folder or create a new state folder if needed<\/li><li>The track folder consists of 4 subfolders \u2013 Agreements, Misc, Marketing, and Logos &amp; Images<ul><li>The signed Promoter Agreements go in the Agreements subfolder<\/li><li>The original logo and track image and the in-app logo and track image go in the Logos &amp; Images folder<\/li><li>Any marketing files can go in Marketing and miscellaneous documents or data can go in the Misc folder, although these two are rarely used<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Series<\/strong><ul><li>To find a series, simply look in the series folder and you\u2019ll see a list of all the series\/folders<\/li><li>The Track Folder Template is located on this page as well<\/li><li>To add a new track folder, duplicate the track folder template, then move it inside of the appropriate state folder or create a new state folder if needed<\/li><li>The track folder consists of 4 subfolders \u2013 Agreements, Misc, Marketing, and Logos &amp; Images<ul><li>The signed Promoter Agreements go in the Agreements subfolder<\/li><li>The original logo and track image and the in-app logo and track image go in the Logos &amp; Images folder<\/li><li>Any marketing files can go in Marketing and miscellaneous documents or data can go in the Misc folder, although these two are rarely used<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marketing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This has a lot of miscellaneous marketing material in different folders that could be handy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Examples: Promoter Sales Docs, Branding Docs \/ Logos, Dashboard training videos, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ticket Hoss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This folder contains a lot of the graphics Frank has made to share with tracks once they\u2019ve onboarded to Ticket Hoss (and some PP\/KP graphics as well).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you get several subfolders deep, you can see the graphics by track\/series \u2013 these folders can be shared with the promoters as well so that they can use the graphics in their social posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waiver Search<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on the admin console icon in the bottom left of your computer screen.<ul><li>You must be granted access by Frank in order to get into the admin console<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Go to \u201cContent\u201d (the folder icon in the left menu).<\/li><li>Select either \u201cPit Pay App\u201d or \u201cCarting App\u201d depending on whether you\u2019re looking for a Pit Pay or Kart Pass waiver.<\/li><li>Search by the user\u2019s phone number.
