{"id":161,"date":"2022-06-16T21:07:08","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T21:07:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/internal.pitpay.com\/?post_type=faqs&#038;p=161"},"modified":"2022-07-07T15:24:55","modified_gmt":"2022-07-07T15:24:55","slug":"adding-the-waiver-to-onespan-sandbox-and-production","status":"publish","type":"faqs","link":"https:\/\/internal.pitpay.com\/?faqs=adding-the-waiver-to-onespan-sandbox-and-production","title":{"rendered":"Adding the Waiver to OneSpan Sandbox and Production"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding to Sandbox<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Login to OneSpan Sandbox account:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sandbox.esignlive.com\/login\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sandbox.esignlive.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/sandbox.esignlive.com\/login<\/a><\/a><\/li><li>Go to Templates<\/li><li>Create new template<\/li><li>Name it the same as the PDF name<\/li><li>Select another template under &#8220;Use Template&#8221; of the same kind (ie. if you&#8217;re creating an adult waiver, select for it to use the template of another recently created adult waiver)<\/li><li>Scroll down and under &#8220;Field Formatting,&#8221; set the font size to 18px<\/li><li>Click &#8220;Create&#8221;<\/li><li>Upload the new waiver PDF and delete the old one from the template you selected<\/li><li>Click &#8220;Next&#8221;<\/li><li>Drop &#8220;Signature&#8221; field into the tap-to-sign bar, size to cover the button on the PDF doc, set to &#8220;click-to-sign&#8221;<\/li><li>Do this again for each tap-to-sign button<\/li><li>On Minor Waivers: make sure you have the correct Parent selected as you add each tap-to-sign button.
