{"id":107,"date":"2022-04-19T21:39:07","date_gmt":"2022-04-19T21:39:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/internal.pitpay.com\/?post_type=faqs&#038;p=107"},"modified":"2022-07-07T20:40:02","modified_gmt":"2022-07-07T20:40:02","slug":"signup-process%ef%bf%bc","status":"publish","type":"faqs","link":"https:\/\/internal.pitpay.com\/?faqs=signup-process%ef%bf%bc","title":{"rendered":"Signup Process\ufffc"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Duplicate the appropriate To-Do List in the <a href=\"https:\/\/3.basecamp.com\/3252793\/projects\/16069547\">Tracks Basecamp project<\/a> to keep up with it as you\u2019re going through the onboarding process.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signup Forms \/ Onboarding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>First, email the Promoter the info form for the agreement (PP\/KP) or the onboarding link (TH):<ul><li>Pit Pay: <a href=\"https:\/\/pitpayinc.formstack.com\/forms\/pit_pay_promoter_agreement_2022\">https:\/\/pitpayinc.formstack.com\/forms\/pit_pay_promoter_agreement_2022<\/a><\/li><li>Kart Pass: <a href=\"https:\/\/pitpayinc.formstack.com\/forms\/kart_pass_promoter_agreement_2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/pitpayinc.formstack.com\/forms\/kart_pass_promoter_agreement_2022<\/a><\/li><li>Ticket Hoss: <a href=\"https:\/\/dashboard.tickethoss.com\/promoter-signup\">https:\/\/dashboard.tickethoss.com\/promoter-signup<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>During the Ticket Hoss onboarding process, Promoters will be asked to create their Stripe Connected account<ul><li>They will need to have their business and bank account details handy (EIN\/TIN, bank account numbers, etc.)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Promoter Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create the Promoter Agreement in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pandadoc.com\/\">Pandadoc<\/a><ul><li>Go to Templates in the left menu<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Click on the appropriate template \u2013 \u201cPit Pay Promoter Agreement \u2013 Track Name\u201d or \u201cKart Pass Promoter Agreement \u2013 Track Name\u201d or \u201cTicket Hoss Promoter Agreement \u2013 Track Name\u201d to open the template, make sure it\u2019s the right one<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Click \u201cUse this template\u201d button at the top right<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Select the Pit Pay signer (make sure all info for the Pit Pay Signer is filled out)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Enter the info for the Promoter signer \u2013 Email, First Name, Last Name, then click \u201cSee more fields\u201d and enter Company Name (this is the legal business entity), Job Title, Phone and Address, then click \u201cContinue\u201d<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Click the variables button in the menu just to the right of the document<ul><li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"55\" height=\"50\" class=\"wp-image-110\" style=\"width: 55px;\" src=\"http:\/\/internal.pitpay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/variable-screenshot.png\" alt=\"Variable screenshot\"><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Scroll down to the empty \/ highlighted &#8216;Promoter.DBA&#8217; field and type the DBA (the track or series name, NOT the legal entity)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Look through the document to make sure all the fields have been filled in properly and are aligned (page 1 and page 4 are where all the fields are)<ul><li>You may have to line some of the data fields up after the data populates (drag &amp; They may have done this already if they signed up on Ticket Hoss. Eventually, all 3 platforms will work this way. <\/li><li>For now, if they are signing up on Pit Pay or Kart Pass, they will need to download the respective app and sign up for an account. Then, you can find their user in the respective Dashboard user database and convert them to a &#8220;Track&#8221; account. They will need to login to the PP\/KP  Dashboard to setup Stripe. <ul><li>All Stripe connected accounts are setup through either the Pit Pay, Kart Pass or Ticket Hoss Dashboards.<\/li><li>Stripe setup is part of the onboarding flow for Ticket Hoss, and soon will be for the other 2 apps, but in the meantime, those promoters just need to go to \u201cStripe\u201d in the Dashboard menu to setup their Stripe account after they are signed in.<\/li><li><strong>It\u2019s important that they input their BUSINESS info, and not personal info so that their 1099 is correct at the end of the year.<\/strong>\u00a0They can edit their Stripe information, but we cannot.<\/li><li>Promoters MUST setup the Stripe account before we put any of their events on sale, but it\u2019s very quick if they have their business checking account info and their EIN\/TIN handy<\/li><li>If the Promoter is using multiple apps (ie. Pit Pay AND Ticket Hoss), they will need to onboard and setup Stripe twice \u2013 once in the Pit Pay Dashboard and once in the Ticket Hoss Dashboard<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Verify that they have setup their Stripe account<ul><li>Once you believe a promoter has setup their Stripe connected account, you\u2019ll need to go to the correct Stripe dashboard and make sure you see the connected account at the top of the list.<\/li><li>Click on the connected account and look over the details.
